The step
It all started with the discovery of the three articles on "Avion Magazine" that my father Claude Roget son of Henri Roget handed to me and my will to make revive a grandfather whom I admired by his stories of adventure.
I then worked out this homepage starting from these three articles, then started to seek in the Internet some information on Henri Roget. I fell on the site from Richard FERRIERE, then on the site of the aero club of Portugal.
I then registered my site on the Jodel's "webring", where I was referred by "Pinghansen" who seems to be from Denmark and who collects sites on Jodel.
I discovered the Lutz Gebhardt's homepage and I asked him to make appear my home page in reference, which he immediately did. he wrote to me thereafter advising me to post questions in the "fr.rec.aviation" newsgroup. What I did at once.
Jacques Dassié read my request on this news group extremely pleasantly sent me a mail to thank me and told me that he knew Claude Harang, but left track of him in the 80'. He also told me that Claude Harang, flew at the aero club of Boulogne-Billancourt (to St Cyr-l' Ecole) where he was also. It was the time of the great rallys and Jacques Dassié also won the arrival in Lisbon duringthe International Wire of Porto Raly in 1963.
Paul Lemerle and his daughter Emmanuelle. After a year on line, I was able to spot a member of the Bernay-Tananarive who send me some information concerning this trip, his flying carreer et information about my grand-dad.
Fabien Madert Jean Michel Madert 's nephew who informed me about his uncle's story.Jean Michel Madert one of the Bernay trip Jodels pilot - Tananarive, died in 1999. He stayed a long time in Tana, allways flying on his planes. Then he lived in Ruanda and the in Metz (France). Having a passion for flyting he built numerous planes. Until his death a new plane was in construction in his garage. We was elected "Golden wing in the United States.

A bit of advise
The Net is a formidable vector of discovery, if for some the Net still frightens, I make a point of explaining the step of development of this site to encourage whoever to tell the history, art, philosophy, and every thing that is good to publish on the Net, i.e. almost all.
The adventure on the Net is a play of track. One couples the techniques of the Net with the telephone and one binds contacts in the whole world. These contacts are rather extraordinary because these are only the people who have the same center of interest and this unbounded with frontiers, with means however still expensive but not overwhelming. I also think of the handicapped people, with the old people who cannot move. Thus information that I gather on the Net, I do them seated on a chair during my leisure hours.
Thanks
